Q: Where do you service?
A: I Currently service these Kansas cities: Gardner, Edgerton, Olathe, Spring Hill, and Baldwin. other cities may be taken into consideration based on work load.
Q: how can I book?
A: to book, Text/call 913-731-3998 or send an email to ebcrittersitters@gmail.com!  Please include your name, contact info, and dates you need serviced!
Q: how far in advance do I need to book?
A: ideally, a few weeks in advance. We offer last minute bookings, but they do have a fee: 48 hours $10, 24 hours $20, Less than 12 hours $30+.
Q: what kind of animals do you pet sit for?
A: i Pet sit for ALL animals! i have pet sat for cats, dogs, rats, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, geckos, snakes, bearded dragons, chickens, goats, turkeys, rabbits, pigs, cows, a donkey, a horse, ducks, and a turtle!
Q: How often will you come to my house?
A: for drop in visits, i will come up to 3 times a day! I recommend for non kenneled animals 1-3 times a day. For kenneled animals 2-3 times a day! If you are gone longer than 5 days, i require no less than 3 visits a day to insure proper care for your animals (only exceptions are cat only homes & chickens) cat only homes require minimum one check in per day.
Q: what does a typical drop in visit look like?
A: I arrive, let dogs out to potty, let in to feed/water, play time, kennel up and leave! its a 30 min drop in. Overnight stays, i stay in your home about 80% of the time. i will pop out to service other clients, activates, etc. we do not board animals in our own home!!
Q: how do I give you my info?
A: during meet and greets, I will send you a link to a google form to fill out with all your private info! the only people who have access to your info is Emily.
Q: do you offer meet and greets?
A: Yes! i offer one free meet and greet to insure that you and your pets are comfortable around us!
Q: what payment methods do you take?
A: i accept venmo, Zelle, and cash! 50% deposit is due at time of booking then rest of payment is due in full and upfront before first drop in/overnight stay. weekly services will be paid weekly and no longer accepting full month payments.
Q: Refunds/cancellations?
A: i understand that trips may get cancelled, delayed, or you may come home early. Due to time being scheduled for your animals, i have the following cancellation Policy: if you cancel or come home early, 50% of the remainder of that time will be refunded. If there is a booked day and someone is still at the house at a planned drop in time, you will still be charged full price for that drop in. 
Q: are you insured?
A: Yes! I am insured through State Farm. i can provide proof of insurance during meet and greets!
Q: My pet Has special needs/medications?
A: i can accommodate to whatever your pets needs are. I can also give medications. We can give pills and shots.
Q: Can you send me updates and pictures while we are away?
A: yes, of course! I will cater to whatever type of communication you need/want! I can send daily texts and pictures!
Q: what fees do you charge?
A: i have holiday fees and last minute booking fees. i also have a add ons you can add to your service. each add on has a price or is free. holiday fees & Add ons are located under services. Cancellation fees and last minute booking fees are in FAQ and under services tab.
